Newton gets its name from the world-famous photographer Helmut Newton. Large nude pictures have been Helmut Newton’s signature work. As you’ll notice the moment you step into Newton bar, they didn’t borrow only the photographer’s name but also his signature shots.
Bar’s wall are covered with pictures from Helmut Newton’s ‘Big Nudes’ series.It’s easy (and fun) to come across some interesting/awkward scenes with nude pictures all over.
Comfortable leather chairs a la ‘Madmen’ suggests strong liquor than cocktails. However, Newton’s cocktails were very good and definitely should be tried out. Of course, they also have a wide selection of whiskies and cognacs.
